There are a number of financial calculators and resources available to you. Our “Info Center” provides IRS forms and publications and a tax organizer for your personal or small business use.
“Tax News and Updates” gives you current investment news and important tax updates.
“Financial Tools” provides a rich variety of calculators to help with everything from planning your mortgage to accelerating debt payoff. Some commonly used calculates include:

• Mortgage Qualifier – find out how much you can afford for a new home (located under “Mortgage Calculators”)
• Consolidation Loan Investment Calculator – see the results of paying off your debt and investing your savings (located under “Debt and Credit Cards”)

Creating an Account
If you are a Hamilton Cavanaugh client, you can create an account and log in to access information about your organization’s plans, download related program documents and forms and post information for your employees, including upcoming events, job listings and announcements. It’s easy to create an account – simply contact your Hamilton Cavanaugh Registered Investment Advisor and a username and password will be assigned to you. Once you receive your login credentials, you will have immediate access to your account.
